While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment however, it's hard to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers. However, Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby prams 2 in 1 carrier bag that can assist with this issue.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage capabilities, but we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating configuration is a big benefit. Parents can mount their infant car seats in either the opposite direction or in the same direction, depending on their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score in both weight and folded size which makes it the top value in our double umbrella stroller review.
