The BOB Sport Utility

The BOB Sport Utility is the ideal stroller for parents who want to get away from the main roads and exercise. This jogging stroller comes with pneumatic knobby wheels that are great for trail runs, and a handbrake that allows you to manage the downhills. It also features a state-of the-art suspension system, two-step folding, and a large cargo basket. You can even use it with a car seat for your infant by purchasing the right adapters.

The biggest issue with this stroller is its weight and fold dimensions. It weighs 25lbs and folds down to 17,850 cubic inches, which is around average for this category of strollers. Its size is not suitable for tight turns and narrow trunk space. However, it does have small handles at the back of the storage bin that can be pulled to fold the stroller into a compact, flat position.

This stroller is simple to maneuver despite its size. The front wheel comes with a locking mechanism, which allows you to switch from normal to locked running mode. The handlebar can be adjusted to different heights for parents. It has a large seat that can be retracted to nearly flat, and an enormous vinyl peekaboo window.

The Sport Utility also scored a 9 out of 10 for its impressive quality. It features a sturdy frame made of aluminum, with tight connections, no rough edges and no sloppy stitching. It also has adjustable dampers which help with the smoothness of the rolling.

As with the other BOB strollers reviewed in this review, the Sport Utility has optional car seat adapters that let you use it with different infant car seats. It took us 5 hours and 24 minutes in our tests to put together the stroller, from unpacking it to getting it ready to go. It was easy enough to do, but you'll require a Philips head screwdriver for the job. The manual provided is well-organized and clear but it's a good idea to keep one in your the case.

The Baby Trend Expedition

This jogger was designed with safety, style and user-friendliness as its primary goals. It has a parent tray that includes 2 cup holders and covered storage, as well as a child tray that is able to swing away and includes two cup holders. The adjustable canopy, with its peek-a-boo windows and an extra-wide ergonomically-shaped handle, provide comfort for both parents. The lockable front wheel can be removed when strolling and locked for running. The large storage basket is ideal for storing the essential items you need to travel with.

The only downside to this stroller is that it doesn't have a suspension system, so the ride may be bumpier than some of the other strollers that we've tested. This could make it uncomfortable for younger children particularly if their nap is about to start. The air-filled wheels are nice but don't offer as much cushioning as the rubber tires on higher-end strollers.

This is a great choice for those who don't run frequently but want to be able to move easily across grass or gravel without having to worry about obstructions like curbs or other obstacles. It's also a great choice for families with limited space as it folds into an extremely compact size. It is lighter than most of the other strollers we've tested and can fit into spaces that many full-size strollers won't.

It is, however, extremely easy to open and close, using only two hands needed to release the plastic catches that are on either side of the lower frame. The red handlebar comes with another lock that can be retracted by using only one hand.
