Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores highly in maneuverability, which is a key aspect for parents looking for a stroller that will fit in tight spaces. The Delta is a basic product that lacks some features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage basket. It's a great option for families on a tight budget or for those who require a second stroller on occasion, like for a trip to the zoo.
